Sell an AI receptionist to your contractor clients, under your own name
For marketing agencies that already run ads, websites or SEO for home-service contractors. You bring the clients and set the price. We run the system behind your brand: your logo, your colors, your domain.
Why this fits an agency
You've seen it happen. Your campaign makes the phone ring, your client is on a roof, the call goes to voicemail, and a month later the client says the leads were bad. The leads weren't bad. Nobody answered them, and nobody followed up the estimate.
AI Front Desk Helper closes that gap. Every call is answered, every estimate gets follow-up texts at 24 hours, 3, 5 and 10 days, and every tracked phone number is tied to where it came from. The dashboard shows your client booked revenue by lead source, so the conversation at renewal is about which of your campaigns booked jobs, not about whether the phone rang.
What your clients get
The full system, the same features as our Elite plan:
- Every call answered in about two rings, day and night, as your client's business. Live transfer to their office with a briefing during business hours. Spanish when they turn it on.
- Booking on their own Google Calendar, offering only real open times, with arrival windows, crews and service days by ZIP code if they need them.
- Follow-up that doesn't quit: estimate sequences, missed-call text-back, reminders, and a morning text to the owner with anything that slipped.
- After-hours emergencies ring their on-call phones with a text briefing, for the HVAC, plumbing and restoration clients who need it.
- Straight answers on price: ballparks from their own price sheet for twelve trades, a service call fee for trades that price on site, and an instant online quote page.
- Outbound campaigns, review replies and Google Business Profile tools, plus revenue by lead source.
See it trade by trade on the guides and trade pages.
What you get
- An agency dashboard. Add a client with the owner's email, or send your branded signup link and let the owner sign up themselves. See the last 30 days of calls, bookings, open leads and booked revenue across every client. Remove a client in one step.
- Your brand, not ours. On a white-label account the dashboard carries your logo, brand color and support email, and can run on your own domain. The welcome email your client gets carries your logo, and once your email domain is verified, client emails send from it.
- Your prices. You bill your clients whatever you charge. We bill you one tier.
- Usage alerts. We tell you at 80% and 100% of the month's shared minutes and texts, before the invoice does.
Pricing
| Tier | Price | Clients | Included every month | Past that |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $1,197/mo | Up to 10 | 3,000 call minutes and 2,000 texts a month, shared across all your clients | $0.20 a minute, $0.05 a text |
| Growth | $3,497/mo | Up to 50 | 15,000 call minutes and 10,000 texts a month, shared | $0.18 a minute, $0.04 a text |
| Scale | $8,997/mo | No limit | 40,000 call minutes and 30,000 texts a month, shared | $0.15 a minute, $0.03 a text |
Annual billing is 20% off. Minutes and texts are shared across all your clients, and calls are never cut off. Need more clients than your tier covers? Move up a tier. AI Rep Coach is a separate per-seat add-on.
How the math can work. This is an example, not a partner's results. Say you have ten contractor clients and they average about 250 call minutes a month each. That's 2,500 minutes, inside Starter, and ten clients is Starter's limit. If you charge each client $497 a month, that's $4,970 coming in against a $1,197 bill from us. Your price and your clients' call volume will be different; run it with your own numbers.
Where this comes from, straight
AI Front Desk Helper was built and tested inside my painting company, Gladiators Painting in Omaha, and it runs there every day. The agency program is new. We're taking our first agency partners now, and we won't show you partner results we don't have.
Questions agencies ask
Do my clients see the AI Front Desk Helper name?
Not on a white-label account. The dashboard carries your logo, your brand color and your support email, and can run on your own domain. The welcome email your client gets carries your logo too. On the phone, the receptionist answers as your client's business, not as you or us.
What do I pay, and what do my clients pay?
You pay us one monthly tier: $1,197, $3,497 or $8,997, or 20% less paid annually. Your clients pay you, whatever you decide to charge. We don't bill your clients.
What happens if my clients use more than the tier includes?
Minutes and texts are pooled across all your clients. You get an alert at 80% and at 100% of the month's minutes and texts. Past that, extra minutes and texts are billed at your tier's rate on the next invoice. Calls are never cut off.
How many clients can I have?
Starter covers up to 10 client accounts, Growth up to 50, and Scale has no limit. When you need more room, you move up a tier.
How do I add a client?
From your agency dashboard, add the business and its owner's email, or send the owner your branded signup link and they sign up themselves. Either way they get a welcome email with your logo and a link to set their password.
What happens when a client leaves?
Remove them in your dashboard. The AI stops answering their number, the account is closed, and the slot frees up for your next client. The phone number is kept parked, not released, in case they're moving rather than leaving.
Is AI Rep Coach included?
No. AI Rep Coach, which records in-home estimates and coaches salespeople, is a separate add-on sold per seat.
Do you have agency partners using this now?
Not yet. The agency program is new, and we're taking our first partners now. We won't show you partner results we don't have. What we can show you is the product running every day inside Gladiators Painting, the painting company it was built in.
Fifteen minutes. Hear a live call on our demo line, see the agency dashboard, and run the numbers for your own book of clients.
